Customer Satisfaction Audit 2009
As part of our ongoing committment to maintain our high standards, we aim to regularly gain feedback from our clients. The satisfaction survey was based upon the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy satisfaction survey and was adapted for our clients.
The survey was designed to give feedback on the feelings towards different aspects of their treatment experience at the clinic including booking appointments, communication and treatment received. In total, 100 surveys were posted to clients in March and April 2009 who had recently received Physiotherapy treatment at The Jersey Sports & Spinal Clinic.
In total, 64 evaluation forms were returned for analysis. The results of the audit were extremely positive. It was generally felt that arranging appointments was easy to do; clients felt they received adequate communication regarding treatment and any exercises given; and overall care received was rated good or excellent.
